		<description>Very true Wayne.  A lot of &quot;energy&quot; drinks contain sugar which will result in a crash.  I stick to caffeine anhydrous which comes in a capsule.  5 mg/kg of Bodyweight is the recommended dosage based on research so, for a 220LB guy (100kg), he would take 500 mg of caffeine anhydrous.</description>
